2025 IEEE 17th International Conference on Advanced Infocomm Technology (ICAIT 2025) will be held at Liaocheng, China during October 24-27, 2025, following the successes of previous events successfully held in Enshi, Hefei, Chongqing, Yanji, Macau, Jinan, Stockholm, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Hainan, Wuhan, Paris, Hsinchu, Fuzhou and Hangzhou. 

ICAIT 2025 is co-sponsored by IEEE Photonics Society and Liaocheng University, hosted by Liaocheng University, with support from South-Central Minzu University, Hefei University of Technology, Guangxi University, Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Changchun University of Science and Technology, Jilin University, Macau University of Science and Technology, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Auckland University of Technology, and etc. This year the symposium will feature plenary talks given by world-renowned scholars, and regular sessions with broad coverage and popular topics.

Liaocheng City is situated in the west of Shandong Province on the north bank of the Yellow River. It is separated from Hebei Province by the Zhangwei River to the west and from Henan Province by the Yellow River to the south. Within Shandong, it borders on Jining, Tai'an and Jinan to the southeast and Dezhou to the north.

Conference Proceedings

Accepted and registered full papers will be published by IEEE Conference Proceedings, which will be included in IEEE Xplore and submitted for indexing of Ei Compendex & Scopus. Delegates of accepted papers will be invited to present their research at the conference.
